WAATBP: Capital One

 We were introduced to the Capital One team who individually introduced themselves one by one. People asked questions about having experience before going into their careers. The Capital One Team stated you do not need experience but having a visually pleasing resume and portfolio is all you need. Someone asked if they ever experienced brain fog and how do they manage it. Everyone from the team said they have experienced it multiple times but taking a step away from your work will allow your brain to think without realizing it. Sitting in front of a screen can make you tired. One of the members stated he go do something fun or therapeutic to him. He enjoys playing the drums and playing the drums calms his mind. After speaking to the members, we were all escorted out to meet individually with the recruitment companies we signed up for. I met with TPN Retail and 19 & park. TPN Retail is a creative commerce agency that makes iconic retail, technology, and CPG brands worldwide. TPN Retail sometimes works with Amazon. As of 19 & park, they create content and event experiences. Their clients are Lyft, BET, Essence, L’oreal, Colgate, Coach, Ulta Beauty, Puma, Coca-Cola, etc.
